Xenofontas was another Dungeons and Dragons character I was commissioned to paint. Based in a greek themed setting the overall style was to be similar to a greek hoplite. Wielding a magical spear and a shield the character had the ability to create a shadowy clone of himself similar in appearance and capability. The reference I was given for the facial appearance was the male protagonist of Assassins Creed: Odyssey, the character was supposed to be clad in limited brass-like armor with a long flowing black cloak. I worked with the client to create a final result that we were both happy with.
